The Naplam Zombie.
Napalm Zombies are zombies that have been infused with napalm, a gelled combustible liquid. Napalm Zombies explode upon death like Crawler Zombies, but these Zombies instead explode into flames.
Getting near a Napalm Zombie will make your screen appear as if it's catching on fire, the closer you get to a Napalm Zombie, the more flames there are on your screen.
They also explode if a player gets too close.

- The Napalm Zombie walks at a similar speed to George A. Romero when at his "Calm State"
- A Round can still end even if a Napalm Zombie is still alive.
- The Napalm Zombie is the second Zombie to be able to injure and kill other Zombies. If any Zombies are in its blast radius, they will be killed upon the Zombie's destruction, and any Zombie that run through the flames will be killed.
- If the player leaves the Napalm Zombie alive after the round and shoots at it, it will start running. This is not the case in the Black Ops III version.
- Insta-Kill or Nuke does not affect them.
